About

Shoaleh has an eclectic approach with expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, bereavement therapy, motivational interviewing, client-centered therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. (TPOT) Certification Infant, Toddler and Preschool Pyramid Training, Teacher Pyramid Observation Tool   Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Substance Abuse, Grief, Comorbidities with Mental Illness Diagnosis, recent diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis or Neurological Disorders.


From the onset of an early age, Shoaleh had a desire to help others. She calls this “serving humanity.” She has worked in various volunteer activities while pursuing her counseling degree. To this day she helps the underprivileged by coordinating food drives and assisting those who have lost their homes due to war or natural disasters. These are just a few of her activities. Shoaleh also enjoys watching basketball, fencing, and learning new languages to understand different cultures better. She believes it’s never too late to learn new skills, improve one’s circumstances, and be a better version of yourself.
